In the 9th grade, I told my English teacher that I wanted to be a writer, she turned to me and said, “Maybe you should focus on another passion.” True story. Granted, my spelling and grammer isn’t up to par with that of an English honors grad nor do I footnote as well as David Foster Wallace but I’m witty.
I started this blog to get back into writing and although no one read it for the first year, I was happy writing. I now hope I can be that blog you go to when you need a brain break from work. Somewhere you can find some mindless entertainment.
So who am I? I’m a twentysomething girl, who recently abandoned her family and moved to the big city to find some independence. I love to bake cupcakes and force feed them to my coworkers. I like to cook but am not as good as I want to be. I love to travel and wish I was able to drop everything and live like a nomad. I love new music. I love to dance but am not cool enough to go to clubs anymore so I mostly just dance in my room.
